In between shows, the Annex Theater has plenty of space available for rental in downtown Baltimore.

We have a 1,000 square foot reconfigurable Black Box with Lobby available for your next show or event.

Optional tech includes 48 channels of lighting control, programmable light board, quadrophonic sound, and projectors.

Rental of our black box theatre starts at $80/night.

We have 500 square feet of rehearsal space with marley dance floor and loads of natural light available.
